Smart-contract risk reports that AI agents buy per call over x402

Magneta Finance runs a production service that sells deterministic on-chain smart-contract risk reports to AI agents for $0.01 per call in USDC via x402, exposed as an HTTP route (GET /v1/risk/:chainId/:address) and a stateless MCP tool (contract_risk_summary), both backed by the same analyzeContract function using public data only (RPC, Blockscout, Sourcify, a local aderyn binary) with no LLM. Reports cover proxy detection, ERC-20 probes, opcode and selector heuristics, verification status and aderyn findings, scored 0-100 into low/medium/high/critical levels, with a 24 s deadline and 10-minute in-memory cache; only 200 responses are settled, and a free bytecode-only preview is rate-limited to 30 requests per minute per IP. It is live at https://x402.magneta.finance on Base mainnet with the Coinbase CDP facilitator, and ships a client package, agent skill, ElizaOS plugin and ERC-8004 registration file.
