AI Product Team – 64 specialized AI agent roles with executable CLI workflows

AI Product Team is a package of 64 specialist agent roles, 28 shared methods and 12 workflows for building AI features inside Claude Code and Codex, where a plain-language product question routes only the specialists it needs and records what each conclusion rests on. It requires Python 3.12 or later and installs only under .claude/, .codex/ and .agents/ in a project, with review gates that cannot be skipped and a case ledger in aipt-cases/<case>/ledger.jsonl. The author states v0.1 (October 2026) definitions are written and checked but none has been evaluated on a live model, and that no workflow has been shown to complete end to end.
