Introducing Emergent: The Founder-Generated Startup List

Newcomer and Felicis asked current and former founder speakers from the Cerebral Valley AI Summits to nominate seed-stage or earlier companies with generational potential, producing the Emergent list of 29 startups, each with a blurb from the nominating founder. The list highlights agent tooling, hardware, open source, and AI-native services, with Felicis' own analysis pointing to agent infrastructure, healthcare, bio, and creator tools. Many of the founders will attend the Cerebral Valley AI Summit on November 12 in San Francisco.
