Show HN: Continuum Verifier – offline checks for AI data-provenance records

Continuum Verifier is an open, offline tool that checks self-contained "capsule" files carrying a content fingerprint, a chain of signed attestation records, Merkle inclusion proofs, the issuer's key, public-witness anchors, and a re-stamp trail, using only the capsule and the repo with no network or issuer access. It returns verdicts of VERIFIED, SELF_CONSISTENT, RESTAMP_NEEDED, WITHHELD, or FAILED, and proves custody and integrity of a record rather than the truth of the underlying facts. It is a v0.1 reference implementation whose sample witnesses and re-stamp signatures are simulated with local keys, with wiring a real durable witness named as the next step.
