Introducing the Mastra Custom Harness Program

Mastra launched a Custom Harness Program in which its forward-deployed engineers embed with customer teams to co-build agent harnesses on Mastra. The post cites Salesforce, MongoDB, Workday and Marsh McLennan as teams that built their own harnesses, including Workday's move from Amazon Bedrock Agents to Mastra in 31 days, which cut 3,000 lines of code and lowered vector-storage costs by 98%. The program includes dedicated FDEs, observability and evals, custom MCP and human-in-the-loop workflows, auth and governance controls, and early access to the Mastra Enterprise Platform.
