IDE extension that keeps me in control of AI-written code

Pair Flow is a VS Code extension that pauses before planning and before every code change, requiring the developer to approve a plan and inspect each small diff (at most three files per chunk) before any source file is modified. It supports OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenRouter and Ollama endpoints, stores API keys in VS Code SecretStorage, and keeps unapproved proposals in workspace-local storage for restart recovery. The project is an early public preview under the MIT license, with a JetBrains version in review and no shell commands executed automatically in this release.
