Show HN: AI Gude – my feeds as a daily podcast, revived with AI

AI Gude is free, self-hosted open source software that turns your chosen RSS feeds into a daily audio podcast: at scheduled times it fetches new articles, writes a script in your style with Gemini, speaks it with an AI voice, and delivers one episode with chapters. It uses Firecrawl for article text, ffmpeg for encoding, and SQLite for storage, with a live demo at aigude.alexdoes.dev (user and password: demo). It is licensed under AGPL-3.0-or-later and includes an Ansible collection for installing on a Linux host with Podman.
