Baton – Keep long coding goals moving across AI coding agents

Baton is a tool that keeps a single long coding goal running for days by rotating it between coding agents, ending each agent's turn at 5 hours or USD 50 and excluding Claude from a goal after USD 150 spent. It works with Codex and Antigravity alone, with Claude as an optional pay-per-use third agent that joins only once an API key is saved, and it finishes a goal only when a verification command exits 0. Each goal cycles through plan, build and review phases, with context passed between agents via the repository, commits and a handoff file, and Superpowers is required for every round.
