Box taps Nvidia’s Nemotron for new agent-first content retrieval system

At its developer conference, Box announced Box Content Retrieval, a feature that builds Nvidia's Nemotron embedding system into its product so agents can answer queries using embedded metadata. Nvidia VP Kari Briski told TechCrunch she expects queries answered four times faster with 20% fewer errors and 90% fewer tokens used, and the feature will roll out to Box's Enterprise Advance customers early next year. Box CEO Aaron Levie said the system sends back the most relevant document chunks instead of having an agent read through each document.
