Apple starts giving Siri AI access to third-party apps

With the iOS 27.3 Developer Preview, Apple announced that developers can now integrate Siri AI's features in all apps, letting the assistant use personal context, natural language prompts, and on-screen awareness to complete requests. The update also adds an "app skills" feature that lets developers combine several tasks into a single action, and Apple is bringing the expanded capabilities to its own apps including Calendar, Mail, Maps, Messages, Notes, Photos, and Safari.
