Accelerators take care of the basics

Sierra describes Accelerators, prebuilt packages for high-volume workflows such as order tracking, appointment scheduling, claims intake and ID verification, which come with basic integrations and guardrails and are customized for a business using Ghostwriter. Accelerators are maintained by Sierra but track customer changes separately so updates can be reviewed before being applied, and they connect to a company's existing software systems. The first Accelerators are available today in Agent Studio, with user-built and shareable Accelerators planned.
