Angle Health’s ElevenAgents pilot handles 90% of provider calls without a transfer

Angle Health, an AI-native health benefits technology company, piloted ElevenAgents voice agents for provider-service workflows, answering calls in eight languages and working directly with its core administration system. During the pilot, the agents handled about 80% of total provider call volume, with more than 90% resolved end to end without transferring to a person, and the provider team gained back nearly 9,000 minutes a day. Angle Health plans to expand the pilot to its commercial, brokerage and account management segments.
